From Paris, With Love | Le Pigalle Paris

THE VIBE:

Located between the 9th and 18th arrondissements, Le Pigalle Paris is a reflection of its surrounding namesake neighborhood.  The hotel serves as a haven for arts and culture, enlisting the best and brightest talents of the neighborhood to be a part of its story. Guests will find music curated by a neighborhood DJ, books selected from the local bookstore, flaky croissants from the nearby bakery, and more. Le Pigalle serves as a go-to spot for coffee or drinks, a night out (or in), a delicious meal and other fun.

THE SLEEP:

The boutique hotel’s 40 rooms offer the charm and aesthetic of the surrounding area, with a strong Parisian identity.  Reflecting personal residences more so than standard hotel rooms, Le Pigalle’s rooms are chock full of furnishings and decorative items from the neighborhood including inspiring artwork, books and other souvenirs.  Traveling with little ones? They’ll have fun in the hotel’s twin bunk bed rooms with an in-room iPad and vintage furnishings.  A more spacious stay awaits in the Pigalle 35 suite, complete with a stocked bar, comfortable bath and turntable with a rare selection of historic vinyl records.

THE TASTE:

Le Pigalle’s ground floor serves as a gathering place for guests and locals to catch up over coffee, drinks and local fare. The space is equipped with a charming café, bar and restaurant where guests can savor seasonal all-day cuisine with Parisian flair – think homemade jams, terrines, pickles and preserves, accessible wines and more. Couple your experience with a selection from the vinyl record library or newspaper and book kiosk.

THE LOCALE:

You don’t have to venture far to catch Paris’ renowned cultural attractions. Nearby you’ll find Moulin Rouge and Montmartre Village, as well as the famed Palais Garnier opera house.  Don’t skip on the fun in the hotel either. On any given day, you’re bound to catch a local DJ set and a dose of table dancing on the ground floor.

THE SNAP:

Head to the basement to snap a pic of the vintage jukebox, which was discovered during the renovation and restored to play music once again.
