THE TONE
As if the resort wasn’t relaxing enough, Sugar Beach also offers luxurious spa services at their Rainforest Spa. Committed to using organic ingredients and incorporating traditional St. Lucian culture, the spa offers so many unique services, you may need to go back more than once (sorry not sorry). While you’re there, you must try the all-natural body scrubs and wraps, which use fruits and herbs grown right on the resort grounds, as well as the “Sulphur Seduction,” which takes advantage of the nearby Sulphur Springs and volcano.
THE TASTE
Sugar Beach does not take food lightly. With a variety of delicious options, the resort is the only place you need to consider for your meals throughout the day. The first place to stop by is the Bayside Restaurant, where you can dine while staring at a spectacular view. If you’re looking for a wide selection of rum and cutting-edge style, head over to The Cane Bar. Sugar Beach also allows you to dine at any time and from anywhere. All you have to do is choose the time and the place, and Sugar Beach’s chef will devise a personalized menu to suit your occasion and tastes. After discussing your menu requirements with the resort’s culinary team, your dinner will be served alongside a personal waitstaff, welcome cocktail, amuse bouche, and assorted petit fours. The same service is available throughout the day, featuring champagne, a tapas-style lunch, snacks, and other beverages.
THE PLAY
If you want to break up your time spent lounging on the warm sand, try one of Sugar Beach’s water sports (take it from us, you need no athletic ability to participate). The resort provides an endless amount of activities including kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, Hobie Cats, and snorkeling. Always wanted to try scuba? Sugar Beach has that too. While vacationing, you can take scuba classes and get certified, or try SNUBA, an innovative cross between snorkeling and scuba. If water sports aren’t your thing, Sugar Beach also has beach volleyball, jogging trails, tennis courts, and a fitness center.
