Membership
Members must be 18 years of age or older to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18 years old, you may use our services only with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Travel Curator reserves the right to accept, refuse, or revoke Membership with or without cause at any time at its sole discretion.
Annual Membership (“Term”) covers a 12-month period. Your annual Membership will commence upon receipt of payment of Membership fee and will expire on the one-year anniversary date of payment unless your Membership is renewed. Membership is non-transferable.
Members may cancel their Membership at any time during the Term through the site. The Membership fee is non-refundable. By paying the membership fee, you agree to this clause.
How We Use Information We Collect
We use the Personal Information we collect to:
- provide access to the services you have requested, such as our newsletter and membership benefits
- respond to your questions and support you regarding the use of our services
- communicate with you about our services
- comply with applicable law and legal requirements, including valid court orders
- design, improve, and administer our services
- analyze trends and statistics regarding use of our services and future service models
- to market our services to you
- protect against and prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other liabilities for any other purpose if we anonymize the data such that it no longer reasonably identifies you or your household
How We Share Information We Collect
We share some information with service providers and partners who assist us in operating Travel Curator in order to provide you with an optimal Member experience. We use third parties and vendors to help us operate and improve our services. These third parties assist us with various tasks, including website support and analytics. We do not allow these parties to use your information for any purpose other than to perform those services.

We use online payment partner Stripe to process and manage all of our online transactions. We do not store or at any time have access to your payment information, including credit or debit card information. Travel Curator is an advocate of online payment security and we trust Stripe to handle all payment transactions securely. Other Disclosures
We may disclose personal information about you if we have a good faith belief that disclosure of such information is helpful or reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms, including investigations of potential violations thereof; (iii) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security issues; or (iv) protect against harm to our, your, or third parties’ rights, property, or safety.
We do not sell any personal information that we collect.
Disclaimer
In no event shall Travel Curator be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of Travel Curator’s services.
Travel Curator does not own or operate any transportation, lodging accommodations, restaurants, ground transport, and other goods and services for your travel. All such persons and entities are independent of Travel Curator. As a result, Travel Curator is not liable for any injury to Members, including any negligent or willful acts of any such person or entity or of any third person providing such good and services.
In addition and without limitation, Travel Curator is not responsible for any injury, financial or physical loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to personal property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from but not limited to acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war, civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes, or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrading of services, food poisoning, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation or for failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.
Nothing in this Disclaimer shall limit or deprive Travel Curator of the benefit of any applicable statutes or laws of the United States of America or any other country; or any international convention providing for release from, or limitation of, liability. In the event multiple statutes, law or conventions may apply, Travel Curator shall be entitled to any or all such limitations unless there is a conflict between such statutes, laws, or conventions, in which case Travel Curator shall be entitled to invoke the limitation which provides the most favorable limitation to Travel Curator.
Travel Curator reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of Travel Curator’s services at any time without prior notice.
