Pacific Northwest Perfection

Avi Brosh’s Palisociety has brought their Southern California charm to bustling Seattle. The Palihotel Seattle is the brand’s first property outside of Los Angeles, kicking off their highly anticipated national expansion.

Housed in a historic, century-old landmark building in downtown Seattle, the Palihotel features 96 guest rooms, the brand’s second location of their restaurant The Hart and The Hunter, and is topped off with a lobby lounge and coffee kiosk.

The guest rooms are designed with the classic Palisociety sensibility, mixing quirky and creative design elements with accessible luxury and comfort. The guest rooms and lobby are cloaked in various shades of moss green and adorned with classic artwork that brings you back to the building’s historical roots. Venture out of your room to enjoy a cocktail by the fireplace in the lobby lounge that is basically begging you to have a nightcap as soon as you check in.

The Hart and the Hunter, the brand’s southern-inspired eatery offers a lively neighborhood feel with dishes that combine Southern influence with local Pacific Northwest ingredients and flavors. The Butter Biscuits, cracklins served with spiced honey butter and southern spice and the signature H&H burger top our list of ‘must try’s’.
