Topping Rose House is perfectly placed in eastern Long Island, located between Southampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor. The historic hotel is the only full-service luxury hotel in the Hamptons and combines a glorious mix of Georgian architecture with a modern and sophisticated garden cottage addition.  Located in the heart of Bridgehampton, the hotel is just steps away from a buzzy main street, good choice of local restaurants and bars, spectacular beaches, award-winning vineyards, antiquing and for those who want to venture to neighboring towns, guests can have use of complimentary Lexus cars.

THE LOOK


The hotel is anchored by its impressive design aesthetic and gallery-worthy art collection.Restored by the uber-talented team at Champalimaud Design (the geniuses behind such beauties as The Bel Air and Beverly Hill Hotels), the hotel is a refuge to many busy city-goers. They have successfully resorted this historic 1842 mansion into a perfect year-round modern and sophisticated inn which attracts city dwellers and international jet set alike.  While preserving components of the property’s original character, Champalimaud added distinct and unique elements to make the hotel one-of-a-kind.

THE SLEEP


The hotel has 22 rooms and suites located in the historic main House or in the Cottage, a contemporary addition located in the hotel gardens. Guests can choose from king or twin rooms or one bedroom suites in either building. From four poster beds to romantic window seats, whatever your style, you can rest assured they are all luxurious and cozy. Many of the cottage upper rooms have private roof terraces while the ground floor rooms feature a private patio accessed by an impressive sliding glass door off the living room. Perfect for morning coffee with the papers.

THE TASTE


Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House is an acclaimed farm-to-table restaurant, that uses ingredients grown on the property’s farm and from the area’s reputable fisherman and farmers. The restaurant is open year-round and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Though the menu changes seasonally, expect your taste buds to be amazed by the crispy salmon sushi with chipotle mayo, silky pea soup, mouthwatering parmesan-crusted chicken, and the delectable chocolate molten cake.  For larger parties, adjacent to the House is The Barn, a carefully restored vestige of the original property which is popular for weddings and other celebrations.

THE RELAX


Topping Rose House offers state-of-the-art wellness center. The gym allows guests to work off their delicious meal at Jean-Georges, while the yoga classes taught by visiting celebrity trainers, strengthens guests’ bodies, while clearing their mind and elevating their spirits. After burning all those calories, book a massage or facial at the spa at one of the four treatment rooms, or take a dip in the pool to truly relax, or an invigorating beach walk at one of the many mile-long beaches nearby.

If you are a lover of art, then the Topping Rose House art collection will not disappoint. Pieces created both by local and international artists, was carefully curated by Christine Wächter of Winston Wächter Fine Art. Guests will feel like they are walking through a world-renowned museum and will never want to leave.
