Evie Carrick is a writer and editor who is happiest en route to somewhere new. She has lived in five countries and traveled to more than 60, reporting for publications like Travel + Leisure, VICE, and Outside, or doing research for her travel journal series published by Simon & Schuster. Over the last decade, Evie has been treated to nights at iconic five-star hotels and Michelin-star meals, yet her favorite memories always include an element of adventure: skiing out of a camper van in the Japanese Alps, navigating a remote island in the Philippines with a toddler in tow, or free diving with sharks. She specializes in ski, adventure, and luxury travel, with a particular passion for stories that blend comfort with the outdoors.
